Android smartphones are found almost everywhere, and they range from low to high end smartphones. All of them will slow down with time; this is why it's important to maintain your smartphone's smoothness by following the few easy-to-do steps mentioned in this article.
Note: The path for the settings in the steps might vary depending on your smartphone model and android version.

Steps
1)Update your smartphone firmware. The firmwares fix some lag, bug, and other issues that you may not be aware of. Such issues crop up with reasonable frequency, so updating regularly will ensure the best performance for your phone.
2)Reset your Android phone. Resetting erases everything and brings your phone back to its original, "as new" condition. This is a temporary option, because as you use your phone again, it will lag as it used to do.
Back up your contacts, memos, and any important information (such as saved passwords in browser) before doing this step.
3)Check the internal memory space. A low internal memory might be the reason behind any severe lag that your phone is experiencing.
Move your media (pictures, mp3 files, videos, and so forth) to the external memory, usually an SD card.
Some low-end and mid-range smartphones might already have low internal memories, in which case, moving your files to the SD card won't help that much.
4)Search the Play Store for useful applications. Possible applications that may help include:
For older phones, an auto task killer: Kills chosen applications every 'n' seconds or minutes. This frees up some RAM memory, thus the phone will run faster.
A good antivirus application: Scans your phone for any possible viruses and malwares. These usually slow down your phone.
A start up manager: Allows you to stop number of applications from starting up automatically when the phone boots up.
Juice defender application: Gives your phone more battery juice by stopping services and applications.
A cache cleaner (could be automatic, too): Cleans up some cache from the mobile's memory.
An Apps to SD card application: Allows you to move some applications to the SD card (if you have one inserted). This also speeds up the phone.
Spare parts application: Gives you some more settings to configure in your phone, such as a faster window and transition animation.

7)Root the phone. Rooting gives you additional options to do with your phone. Although rooting is a risky solution, it is not as risky as it used to be. Unsuccessful rooting process might brick your phone (i.e., it will malfunction). In addition, a successful root will void your warranty. However, you can always unroot the phone (and you will restore your warranty, as the manufacturers cannot tell if you rooted your phone before or not). Here's a list of things that you can do after rooting your phone:

The ability to delete unwanted pre-installed applications. In case you wanted to delete some applications, notice two things here:
Download a backup application, such as Titanium Backup to back up the application before deleting it (in case you wanted to restore it later).
Be careful not to delete any system application, like the launcher or the status bar.

WIFI HACKING TUTORIAL FOR PC USERS.
Commview is the software for cracking the wifi WEP , WPA keys. Commview captures packets from the detected wifi connections then recorded packet is analyze to retreive the correct password. Earlier times there is only backtrack operating system which is capable of retrieve password. This is linux distribution so command based and you have to install (which is difficult) backtrack as another OS and how to use very difficult task.
Commview which is software works fine in all windows platforms. Commview size is very small 10mb approx and does not need extra space. Graphic User Interface makes easy to use and understand.
Additional Benefits :

STEPS TO CRACK WIFI PASSWORD
Installation :-
This is first step where you install commview in your pc. You should fulfill minimum requrements and additional space.
Download Commview from HERE
1) Open commview and then click next,next and next.
2) After finally it will ask for driver installation and install it.
3) After this restart your pc.
4) Now open commview .
5) you will see uppermost left play icon click on that.
6) This will open new windows click on start scanning to detect wifi connection in your area.
7) After this click on any WEP connection and then start capturing button.
8) Packets are capturing now.
9) Then go to Setting->Option. New Pop Up windows come up.
Change Maximum Buffer size to 5000MB
Maximum lines in IP connection to 20MB. Click OK
10) Go to logging tab change the value of maximum directory size to 5000 and average log file size to 50.
11) This will start capturing your packets in 20MB sizes in .ncp format.
12) After this your turn comes now be patient and start capturing the packets up to 150 MB. This will takes lots of time may be 3-4 hours bt this is one time investment you will benefitted lifetime.
13) After collection atleast 150 MB packets then go to concatenate select all the packets then open them.
14) Save it to one file. This is huge packet having your wifi keys.
15) Click on file ->log viewer->load commview logs->choose this .ncf file
16) Click on file->export->wireshark/tcp dump format.

15) Now open aircrack -ng folder->bin->aircrack -ng GUI.
16) Choose your .cap file in this and then launch it.
17) Within minutes you have wifi password. Its all !

Let's start off :)
Open es file explorer and u will find "/" mark click on it and choose device and then go to system folder and there go to ETC folder and just scroll to last u find vold.fstab file just long press on it and delete it ...after that just move the downloaded vold.fstab file which I have given move it to system/etc .......
That's it u r phone is swapped .....reboot u r phone to see the changes

How to backup u r ROM using cwm
For a177 and a77......
Required things:
1) memory should be swapped
2) make sure u have minimum of 1.6gb space in u r SD card
just go to cwm recovery by volume up + lock button and u will get recovery mode(in recovery mode use volume up and down to move up and down , and for selecting use lock button)...there u can see backup and restore ....click on it ...u will find backup chose it ....and backup ....it may take minimum 10 minutes so don't think it is stuck or something and don't remove the battery ....just wait till backup completes ....... Make sure minimum 1.60gb should be in u r SD card space :)
And if u want to check whether u r ROM is backuped just go to my files u will see a folder called clockwordmod ....long press on it and click details...u will know how much GB is u r file backup ......that's it :)
